How do I set up an account on the Mojarib Platform?

In just one step, you can sign up for Mojarib ٍSurvey platform. Sign up by clicking the "Start for Free" button at the top of this page. To create an account, simply enter the your name, your mobile number, and your email address.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password after you logged in, from left side menu "Account Settings", or by request to reset you password from sign in page "Forgot password?".

Can I delete my Account?

Yes! To do this, please reach out to us, support@mojarib.io and we'll delete your account and all related data.

Participants complete Surveys.

Who are your participants?

There are two types of participants:

Registered Participants:
The participants are everyday people from various backgrounds and with varying experiences who signed up on the Mojarib Survey platform. They will be invited to participate in our customers' Surveys if they match the survey requirements.

Your own Participants:
People invited by you, whether they be clients, social network followers, or visitors to your website or application. You may also invite along friends, family, colleagues, or coworkers.

How are my Survey participants chosen?

Participants are invited from Mojarib pool of participants based on the demographic specifications you enter when creating a new survey, where you can specify their age, sex, education level, income level, country of residence, nationality, and other attributes.

How much does a ٍurvey cost?

The cost of the survey varies depending on the type of survey and the type and number of participants.
In comparison to traditional methods of conducting surveys, our Survey costs are very reasonable in exchange for the tremendous benefits you will receive to improve the customer experience (CX).

How do I know how much my survey will cost?

When you start a new Survey and enter survey information, the Survey cost appears on the same page, where you can control the test cost based on your available budget.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept bank transfer to our bank account.

How many different tasks or questions can I set?

We don't limit the number of tasks or questions you can ask participants. However, your set of tasks should be doable within the duration you specify when creating your Survey.

When will I receive the Survey Results?

The period that you will get on the participants' responses varies according to the criteria of the participants that you mentioned in the Survey. We always encourage you to specify a sufficient period, not less than five days or more, to get the survey results.

In which languages can I run a Survey?

Currently you can run Surveys in Arabic and English.

How do I invite my own users?

Mojarib Survey Platform supports conducting Survyes with your own participants.Instead of using participants from our pool, you can share a link to invite your own participants.

Can I invite Participants to perform Surveys at my location?

Currently we don't provide this, it will be ready very soon. If you are interested in this feature, please contact us and we will provide it for you.

Can I stop a running Surevy?

Yes, you can stop a running Surevyes by clicking "Complete," and we'll credit the unused balance to your Mojarib account.

How can I adjust the Video playback speed in Voice and Interactive Video Survey?

You can adjust the playback speed by choosing the desired speed at the bottom of the video player.You can also click on the question and task to jump to the minute in the video where it was answered.

What if I'm not satisfied with a certain survey response?

If you find that one of submitted Surveys by Mojarib participants is unacceptable for any reason, please contact us and we will refund your balance at no cost.
